OG,
Given what you had: Manthey 6 GT3, 7 GT3, MZB C63 and back to a P car 997 PDK, that is one heck of an endorsement for the PDK.
Welcome back.

Thanks Guys
The test drive is still on my mind. It has been since I drove it. The sport mode and sport plus mode
took care of all my GT3 wants. Its that good and fun to drive.
Let me tell you. When I got back in the car and I knew its mine, I felt So comfortable, a feeling I havent
had since I lost my GT3

BTW I DID use the 1.9% for the 20K I financed on this deal. thats out there too.

Default Pics are coming

Its been so damn hot here i havent even taken it out of the garage.
110+ with thunderstorms and we dont have Air Conditioning. We have evaporative coolers that dont work when the humidity goes up.

Is there any Air conditioning guys here? I need a ductless split system.

Congrats Paul! Glad to see you in a P car again! Pics please! I just picked up a 996 GT3 last week. Nothing like the big P!

Hey OG,

Just so you know, I share posts of yours with my wife so we can both enjoy them and your sense of humor! If wife knows I am looking at rennlist, she says, "what does OldGuy say ?". I had a ductless "split" air conditioner a few years ago (though it was in the Northeast). I was actually quite pleased with the performance of the unit and the low noise level. It was a Mitsubishi product and solved our cooling problem.

Congrats on your new 911!

Cheers to a fellow enthusiast who now truly understands just how good the 09 C2S is. My 07 GT3 was a great car, but the 09 is amazingly capable, comfortable, etc. Enjoy!

Yep, wrote a bunch up about it over at Racing / DE and 997. Aqua Blue, Manual, Heated Sport Seats, Sport PASM, Universal Audio, BlueTooth, Nav, Fire Extinguisher, Mats, No Badge, Black Dials. Fantastic deal on an ordered car. Love it, especially the Gen 2 PASM and Engine. EXTREMELY capable on the track (w/ same pads / tires I ran on my GT3, was at same pace (passed lots of surprised 6 and 7 GT3s in Black / Red my first day in the car at Monticello).

C2S is such a great street car and I went from 07 C2S to CPO 07 GT3 to 09 C2S. Had to try the GT3 for a year and while I loved it on the track, it didn't love the New England roads, driveways, speed bumps, traffic, etc.

Regardless of what 911 you drive or how it is optioned, you are a true
fanatic as we all are so you are most welcome (by me at least) to share
our mutal love of these great cars!

I really liked the 2CS and Targa4S I drove in Germany and they didnt have PDK
they are pretty fast fun and engaging cars regardless
