Default New to me 2002 Cup

A word of thanks to thusly who sold me the Cup and Carl who did all of the modifications and upgrades originally. I had to sell my GT3. My RUF RGT is up for sale also, but I now have a Cup with an RSR engine.

I've seen that car as well. Carl Akin, if I remember correctly, took extremely good care of that car.

I remember him wiping it down after every session at Road America in September of 2005. It was (probably still is...) spotless.

very nice car...in PCA you will have to race in GTA...very stiff competition and unless you are putting out 500+ unrestricted at the rear wheels and have all of the latest updates; it will have a hard time keeping up at the front....good luck with it. Who will be your support trackside?

Nice ride Pranqster! Sorry to hear about the GT3 and the RUF, but the Cup Car will live up to expectations. Enjoy it.

Yes I know that GTA is where it would have to be raced. But the car's history and the fact that so much top notch work was done to the car swayed me. If I have to race in GTA so be it.

Premier Motorsports in Las Vegas (Kent Moore) will be handling most of the trackside. We are trying to get a crew of 4 or 5 cups to travel together. I would love to get to the next Rennsport Reunion and a few other locales and may contract at those tracks for local support. I think that TRG did the original trackside for Carl. I have some good contacts at Brumos also and would think they could point me in the right direction on the east coast.

I Believe the wheels in the picture are the Fiske center locks. I have 2 sets of Fiske's and 2 sets of ATS wheels

Hope to see you on the track soon. I am hoping to be up there at the end of July. Either the RS or the CUP depending on whether Kent can fill up a transport.

Kent is working on my GT3 now... Not sure if it will be ready by end of July though... I'll be at the track garage often working on the other cars...
Let me know when you are in town.
