Bet its actually a September allocation and not October. Why? I just got contacted by my dealer on Saturday that my number came up on the allocation list. We were trying to enter the order and the system isn't allowing front lift system or dynamic engine mounts. He researched it and the system is currently taking September allocations. They are going to bump me back an allocation so I can get he options I want. Front lift won't be available until October.

There are more changes than just those listed. From the Porsche press release:

Improved Suspension

Driving dynamics have also been enhanced, and the new GT3 offers even better grip and stability. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) has enabled Porsche's engineers to make the springs and anti-roll bars stiffer (30 percent stiffer rear, 30 percent softer front), thus ensuring even more precise handling in sport mode, while retaining a level of comfort suitable for everyday use in normal mode. For the first time, the 911 GT3 comes standard with Porsche Stability Management (PSM), with suspension mapping mirroring that of the GT2. The driver can disengage both stability control and traction control in separate steps.
