which is more satisfying; striking out the 4-spot, or ripping a perfect curve with the Beast?

352 miles................let's see, for me that would be i round trip to Costco and no stop lights for the first 70 miles for me!! The bonus would be that I don't think I could get all my supplies in the CGT so I would have to go back the next day.I'm liking this CGT concept, a lot!! Too bad you have four more months of work. You have got to be loving life right now. Enjoy.

the more guys I strike out, the more fun I'll be able to have in the beast...I'm really looking to get it on the track for some point and squirt.

You're gonna have some fun when you do. C-GT is one of the very rare street cars that doesn't disappoint on track by being too soft or roll-ey... Drove it at Fontana and feared it would bum me out after being so good on the road. Wrong. And the noises...on track...off of K-walls...by the pit wall...

352 miles? Just wait til you get past 400-500 or so, and then 1,000 miles. The thing becomes as intuitive and fun to drive as a Boxster. With double or triple the power. Out of everything on four wheels I've driven on the street, C-GT is probably still the high point for me.

Enjoy!

Pete come down to TX and do a "tracks of Texas" issue. We could provide you with a nice varietal of Texas steeds to play with on track - just shoot the whole issue out of CJ's "house on the pavement"!

Also like this one. Look familiar, Ralph?

Did someone say beast?

Same road, different angle, no C-GT, but you get the picture. Too bad I didn't know Ralph back then....

CJ: My ideal garage would have one of these and...a black C-GT. Hey, you're halfway there!

Oh yeah: Cow-tipping, anyone?

Pete CJ practically has the keys to the RUF stable in Dallas...

"Beast" moniker is because Herr Ichiban got both a WIN and a SAVE consecutively in the double header yesterday
