guess so? my purchase is pending inspection when it arrives.
if it is the same car, I got a SUPER discount from their asking price. I'll be driving it at least 2 or 3 days a week for 80+ miles so didn't want to pay premium for low miles garage queen. thinking about driving back to California when the season is done. anyone got a hookup with car mags? surely it'd be a good story.

decided to pass on the red car- seller didn't want to fully disclose to my liking, so I went elsewhere. as pogue and others pointed out, no reason to take risks on a car in this price range.
so I ended up getting the black one instead.
05, warranty until august, 4500 miles. black on 2 tone ascot and black. luggage, etc. owner is a friend of mine...no stories. a bit more $ but worth it in the long run.
