Potential chassis flex: Need to be concerned?
Due to the incline of my driveway, everytime I drive in, the right front tire lifts off the ground by about 3 inches. I go very slow, but I do notice that the body creaks a bit. This happens every time I pull in (2-3 times a week). I have to drive in/out at an extreme angle because the front lip scrapes.
Do I need to be concerned about long-term issues with the chassis if I continue the above pattern? Thanks for any input.

Agree that traversing the street driveway transition very very slowly is good. You don't want to shock the unit body if you can avoid it.
I don't know exactly what the angles are but you could look into this product for the street curb portion, curb ramps that sit in the street gutter.

the creaking noise could be from the rear window flexing a bit. you may want to ask your service shop to re-seat and re-glue it. i'd be very surprised if you are getting true chassis flex in a gt3 from scaling up sharp driveways, even without the rollcage.

Still plays with cars.

I'd guess it is the sway bar or spring perches. The GT3 chassis is seam welded and very stiff. That being said, there is always -some- flex in anything.

Relax, having one wheel up in the air is a lot less stress than jacking up the car (and lifting one whole side from a 8sqin surface!
Also, its nothing compared to taking it to the track and doing 1G+ corners...

im not sure porsche made gt3 so solid -
i broke windshield from chassis flex at pocono. also get squeeks from dash and rear area after track sessions that goes away after few days. also, cup holder cover stays open after track day.

Something just doesn't sound right. It almost sounds as if your car isn't seam welded at all..

I get some chassis flex going into my driveway. It's a valley curb and not too steep but the car definitely creaks and pops. Most of the time it comes from the front windshield. Occasionally I hear the rear window pop going over speed bumps at an angle.
