I think you should give up on this project, put the car back to original and sell me all the parts. Since they are used, I'm willing to pay $5K for the whole lot

Your stock tested rates look very similar to the stock info I got for my RS from a German tuner (40Nm/105Nm).
Your new spring rates will help to put the power down better on all sort of turns, your car is getting a lot nicer.

Hey Farz, are you still set on the B16s? I've driven GT3s (not the RS) and I'm seriously concerned they haven't put as much time and dev into those as Porsche did originally with the shocks. Seemed to "bounce" a lot more to me. Felt like the rebound was too stiff. In fact, it also had some pogo'ing to it;( I'd say stick to stock shocks unless you're doing Motons/JRZs?
Id be content with stock shocks except for the noted nose dive under hard braking in the GT3. The B16's are a quick cure for this on the front. Since my main use this year is tarmac rally, hard braking/direction changes are common and thus the stock fronts will probably only hinder me.
JRZ/motons $$ would be great for track, although im not ready for those goodies yet.
The shocks used on rally GT3's in europe are 9k and not in my budget either

Since Bilstein co-developed the stock suspension with porsche im going to give their B16's a try as a slight upgrade. It still maintains the sport button feature which is nice.

Oh I totally hear you on that... I know they co-developed the shock part with Porsche but sadly they didn't for the B16 stuff for the TT, S etc... And I've not been as happy with those as I have with the PSS9s on the previous gen. Also make _sure_ you throw away the drop links those kits come with and use some real ones from TRG, ERP etc... Let us know what you think obviously
TRG TOE LINKS
GMG FRONT/REAR SWAY BARS
(4) Tarett inner lower control arm bearings with monoballs
(2) Tarett front steering rods/toe links with bump steer adjustment
(4) Tarrett solid bushings for the lower control arms outer piece thrush arm
(2) Tarett rear monoball upper strut mounts
(4) ERP Racing/GMG rear upper monoball control arms
(2) Tarrett front monoball drop links
(2) Tarett rear monoball drop links
it should be interesting to see how it runs.....

Bilsteins
I have the Bilstein Damptronics on my turbo, also with all monoball components,
and motorsport split type control arms. I have not driven it at any tight track that has quick direction changes, but at Watkins glen, it was an absolute hammer, totally composed, with no adverse body motions, to the limit of the pilot sport cups. With another tire, it may behave differently, but the car would be mising the driver as I have only the stock adaptive seats.
On the street it is also alot of fun, however rough surfaces do transmit alot of high freq. vibrations, likely due to the missing rubber.
This is the way the car ahould have come, and is the only thing helping me stay away from a GT2
Please cease with the "GT2 is fantastic threads"
