Daytime running lights?
Anybody know if Porsche can program a GT3RS from USA to have daytime running lights??
*us cunucks are required to have daylights and i hate tapping into the car's wiring to modify in order to conform to Canada's rules of importing a U.S vehicle.

I imported a 2007 GT3RS in July, 2008 w/o Sport Chrono and as others have already posted here the dealer can activate the daytime running lights via their shop computer (PIWIS) - I was charged nothing by Barrier Porsche in Seattle. With or without Sport Chrono you can change all the digital readouts to metric very easily. The analog speedo dial doesn't need to be replaced (although you could) and its not very useful or easy to read anyway. When I imported a 2006 C4S Cab in 2007 it had the Sport Chrono option and with it you can turn on the daytime running lights yourself. Very simple.
