Make a very low ball offer to remove the 'price-drop' risk. Who knows, they may take it. That's how some people sell homes these days. Put it to them this way and they may understand.

BTW, in 17 days, the CA sales tax goes up 1%. For the price of a 997TT, that's a decent amount of coin, and no escaping it. Worth worrying about.
