Painted console
I want to have the white painted center console in my GT3 and was wondering if it is simply the standard one painted or if it has a specific part number? Can I get mine painted, will that work and be tough enough?

+1 on Eric at Bumperplugs. When I lived near Charlotte, NC (where Eric's office is located) I had the pleasure of meeting Eric in person multiple times and saw the various painted interior/exterior pieces. The quality is FIRST RATE and Eric is a great guy.
He will do a painted center console for $379 (US) with a "core exchange." He ships you the painted console and charges you the "no core exchange" price (not sure what that is). After you get your painted console, you send him your original console and then he refunds you the amount for the core exchange, so your final price is $379 + shipping.

I would guess that Eric has shipped parts "across the pond" before, so I don't think that is a major road block.
I would recommend contacting Eric via email or PM and see what he has to say about shipping costs.

and, according to Trakcar, good for a second a lap. Hence my faster lap times. But maybe that's just for orange colored ones
GT3 VS RS; The RS is lighter where it counts in the ceiling, more downforce, longer wheel base, wider track, more rubber in back, driver weighs 100lbs less AND A PAINTED ORANGE CENTER CONSOLE is easily good for 2-3 seconds at Sebring....
Erik, are you missing a long sleeved white T-shirt? It's too small for me so I might as well give it back....
