only sensible reason to get rs over gt3 is possible collector value of the rs. engine swap ends that. with this economy, too many no storys's on market so expect to have to discount it. probably wouldnt matter much for a gt3 though. try to keep and enjoy it instead.

i had RS, GT3, thinking the same of what you mentioned.
but RS is not just about collector value. it is DIFFERENT than GT3. not saying the value delta is worth the difference, but it IS different and it IS better.
i have 25k miles on RS and 8k miles on 7gt3.
