- that front lip looks to have better downforce aero and also looks detachable like the current 997 piece
- potentially a nice cheap track addition for 997 cars (if it fits)
- i like the look (gulf racing blue with a black spoiler and black wheels) as the launch color is my guess

Thanks for posting. I will keep mine!
Not too keen on the wing, the rear lens, nor the bumper treatments. I must be fond of my car, as the dual outlets in the rear and front wrap around fog/turn lens designs seem to flow much better on the current GT3.

Are the wheels centrelock? I don't see the lugbolt holes and the centre piece looks like a huge nut.
I hate it when Porsche makes the rear bumper high at the bottom edge, allowing the exhaust parts to show. I hated it on my 91 Turbo. I like it much better when the rear bumper hides that stuff (as they do with the modern turbos and the 997 GT3 MK1). I guess they're raising up for better access to parking garages?

Notice the 7GT2 seats. These seats have the required side airbags, and they're 34 lbs lighter than the stock 7GT3 seats (as a set).
The 9A1 engine is lighter than the M96/M97, and both of these engines are lighter than the dry-sump unit in the 6GT3/7GT3.
So, we might be able to get a lighter GT3 after all.

The wheels appear the be a center bolt much like the new Turbo Spyder optional wheels will be. It's hard to tell the lines with the different colors but it looks good and not to much of a departure from the current GT3. The rear wing side plates are interesting with the aero treatment. The side wing air holes kind of reminds me of F1...but the wing looks more like a GT3RS wing but not as big.
I like it.

It looks like they have screen in the front air dam. I wonder if that rear wing will go through further development, I hope so, I like mine better right now.
