What are the part numbers for the sway bars for the 997 GT2
Yesterday, the dealers PET system listed the SAME part # for 997 GT3, GT2, and RS: 997.333.701.96, according to the parts manager, the GT2 part is the same part #
If you have a different part # for GT2, please post it.

Robin, I posted the part# already, it is different.
- Michelin Pilot SX 24/64R18: 19.5 lbs
- Michelin Pilot SX 27/68R18: 24.5 lbs
Total weight saving by switching to 996 GT3 PCCB rotors + BBS Mg wheels and lighter tires with better grip: 103 lbs on unsprung weight.

From your other incredibly detailed and useful posts I'm sure you did. I just wanted to make sure others knew that it was a 27 to 30 difference between the literature and real life and not a 6.25 to 30 difference. ![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Btw, I do enjoy your posts. You're one of the few people that I feel provides unbiased facts based reporting on your track experience. Sometimes other posts feel very anecdotal or like they are trying to convince people one way or the other. You simply lay it out and include conclusions well separated from the experience so that the reader can work it out themselves (and usually come to the same conclusion). I think this is important when there is a smaller set of owner experiences relative to other marques.

Rad: GMG has carbon fiber fenders they ran on their WC that they sell. I'm sure they drop some weight and as a double benefit they allow up to a 10.5' front wheel to be run on the car. NO direct links but they're on the website. NO weights listed either but in theory they would shed a few lbs.
This thread has some good info and weight savings figures in it too:

The stock fenders are very light. However there is close to zero tolerance inside the wheel well to run wider wheel/tires. The only way to run 10" wheels is using new fenders, I had stock fenders on my 996 GT3 and I was running 285 Hoosier on 10" wheels.
Additional Weight Information:

Rad, very nice and interesting thread BTW. Great job on the weight savings.
I'm confuse though, you change the proto.rotors for PCCBs? I thought PCCBs were not compatible with the stock calipers?!?

PCCB are compatible with the stock calipers. Porsche makes 350mm and 380mm front PCCB rotors, these are 350mm rotors.
