Beautiful hot rod. How about a couple pics with the rear tires lit-up?
After a nice, gentle break in of course!

Paul (Old guy) but probably younger than me:

Great looking new car. I hopefully will have mine on Tuesday (my 66th Birthday) Right now it is intended to be a well optioned Cayman S with adaptive sports seats, remember my back. If that falls through it will be a Carrera S. Heated seats are a no compromise option. For trips we use my wifes Cayenne GTS as its sport seats are great for my back. As an aside did you know that there are at least 80 GT3's on the web for sale. A friend called me with that trivia... Mine that was bought back is but one of them.

As to your back get several opinions before surgery. While I have been old there is not really an operation that will help mine (as in high percentage of success) I was also told years ago do not submit to back surgery unless the pain is more than you can stand as there is always the possibility of surgery making it worse. I exercise, diet, stretch and live with it. Now I will say that there are many nights that I wander the house or try to sleep on the floor. Mine was "G" induced for the most part and I not only have disc (lack of ) issues in the lower spine but also at the base of the neck .... in fact my spine is in terrible shape... if it were a car it would be crushed for useable parts.

thanks Guys and F4 you know you have a special place in my heart. You flew the planes I worked
on as a kid. I will get a couple opinions. I have already been given some great people to go see!

It is not because it is a clear coat finish that you don't have to wait to wax the car. The factory paint jobs are heat cured at the factory, so no need to wait to wax.

Jordan Sorry I missed your post. here are some answers

1. MPG?MPGMPG? Ihave put the the computer on something that DOESNT have
the MPG. Right now I have 49 miles on it. My wife keeps asking me and I told her "THATS not
a good question till I break it it!!!" so probably so far 3mpg

2. I have broke the tires loose 3 times so far doing what? nothing just blipping the throttle! I can hardly
wait till Its broke in and the great thing is 255s(maybe $300) on the back as opposed to 305 Cups that are $550 APIECE!

3. Trannies fine so far. BUT according to break in no shifts till 1000 miles and nothing over 4500 rpm.

My wife has the 335. Its nice but not near the quality of the Benz OK its close but my car is $20K more
DID you seem the AMG brakes? look a a BMW brake . Wait till next year anyway, BMW has hooked up with Brembo and put a proper brake on the car.

Audi Only had some 07s in my area they werent much of a player as much as CJ tried to talk me into it.

C3 is VERY well put together and mine is an 09. So check it out. I think the AMG is more subtle than the M3 with 133 more foot pounds of torque.

Paul, I just bought your cars twin on Saturday! I went to buy a M3, but bought a C63 instead. I'd appreciate it if you'd share the who's, what's, and how much's on those mods you're describing.
