your RS sounds undriveable. I'll trade you straight up for my mx5 cup car! all the turn in you want, and tires are 880 for 4!

I think the R888 is an excellent street tire with similar grip (little less) to the stock tires that come on 7 GT3, but will do better in the rain and last longer. I guess for those who have thought about PS2's for the street, the R888 allows you to not stray so far. At a 100 wear rating, they are super sticky for street but not ridiculous either. Good for those occasional canyon carving jaunts and on ramp and back roads fun while providing better wet weather traction. Obviously they can be used on the track also, but will not provide anywhere near the performance of a track only tire.

Default BF Goodrich R1's

Just tried a test fitment of the R1's mounted on CCW C10's. They seem to just fit and provide a good ratio front to rear 25" / 25.7" as compared to stock 25.7 / 26.3. The size I mounted on the car are 265/35/18 F and 335/30/18 R. I'm going to see how they feel on the track and will report back. I also have taken a liking lately to the oem Pirelli P zero corsa system tires and the 19" Hoosier R6's.
