Default WHAT BREY-KRAUSE BRACKET FOR ADAPTIVE SEATS??

Has anyone installed a Brey-Krause fire extenguisher or any other on a adaptive sport seat? I called BK today but they did not know which one would work because of the lack of room under the adaptive seat.

Thanks

It's the exact same one as used on the regular 997 seats. Same part, same installation procedure. The seat motors don't get in the way at all.

Thanks for the reply, it is not the seat motor the is in the way but the air pump and hoses that bk says are in the way for the adaptive function of the seat.

The BK bracket cannot be used. The backing plate will crush the pneumatic tubing within the seat. I found a much cheaper and simpler solution for sport adaptives:

I've had the BK bracket on my 2007 car (with adaptive seats) for well over a year now with NO problems. I installed it myself & followed the BK instructions to a "T".

Nothing is being crushed & nothing is in the way. It works perfectly.

But hey, if you don't want to believe me, that's cool too! I tried to help.....

how did you get the backing plate between the cushion and frame without crushing the air lines? The air lines are not even completely visible and when working the plate into position you cannot see if a line is being sandwiched or not. I believe you when you say you did it, but I cannot see how you could visually confirm that no line was caught.
