strad seats are really excellent for a bad back, nothing i have ever found that is better, and i have had 2 surgeries and live on 3 x tylenols every 3 hours. and they've dropped big time like all toyz.

you could find one for 170

Herman,

You need to get a "real" BMW with "real" brakes.....

Thanks Jack I would still like to come to a track day and hang out.
Is that a 135 with the proper Brembo package?
One reason I went Merc is the HUGE AMG brake package.

Any time.... I'll give you some advance notice about the next private track day.

Yes, it's the 135i with the standard brakes (Brembo 6-pot caliper)...don't ask me why they put such large brakes on their smallest car.

With a few tweaks/mods ..... it's a M3 killer.

Woah. Jack I cant tell you how tempted I was on the m3 But the brake thing bugged me. What if I want to track the car. What if my back gets fixed. In the end the AMG brakes were what turned the table.
BTW I have an 08 335i and a 06 X5 4.8is.

Oh, Jack. That's a street car. Anything with a few tweaks and mods is M3 killer.

Tell me you drive on the street as you drive on the track. I'm too old/experienced/smart (OK, that's too much to claim) to drive fast on the street any more...

The neatest thing about my M3 is that it's a hardtop , and with a touch of a button it's a convertible! Now that's trick!
