Yep...

Pep Boys sells an inexpensive Good Year racing impact wrench which, with a fully charged battery, will brake my lug nuts loose (Corvette torque is 100lbs.).

Makita BTW251 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/2" Impact

Compact and light. 170 ft lbs

eg. http://www.toolbarn.com/product/makita/BTW251/

I have a Craftsman. The old tech battery is a joke, but when it's charged, it's damn strong.

ps. Avoid using an impact tool on the security bolt -- this means using a "breaker bar" (don't use the torque wrench to release lug nuts) to release the security bolt. And you might as well just buy four normal lug bolts and put the security bolts in the drawer.

Easily breaks loose lugs torqued to 90ft lbs. I've used it for 2 years now and it never fails to miss a beat. Best tool money I've spent in a long time.

Same here. Have mine since 2003. Great tool It torques the wheels almost perfectly to about 90 pounds and breaks the lug nuts without a sweat.

+1 for the Milwaukee 28V lithium. This is my 3rd season with it and it is the best cordless power tool I have. No breaker bar needed to take bolts/nuts off.

When putting wheel bolts on (or nuts for my car with studs), I stop as soon as I hear the 2nd ratchet sound and tighten up very slightly with my torque wrench.

Amazon was the least expensive back when I bought mine but cost is in the mid- to high-300s with 2 batteries...
