Default Orange RS Wheels - I have a set FS

SOLD SOLD SOLD

I sold my RS and I have an extra set of factory orange wheels - never out of the boxes. Dealer list price is $6,832. This set $5,500, plus shipping.

Actual colors are a perfect match - digital camera discoloration in photo.

I also have two full sets of orange RS graphics. Dealer list price is $370 per set. These $250 per set, plus shipping.

PM and post if you want them.

If only I had a black RS without wheels and decals; I would take all of that in a heartbeat!

GL with the sale.

Coming from the collector car world - if you believe the RS will be a collector car - finding and holding spares like these will be a great investment. That is why I bought them.

I agree, that is a good idea. I actually was excited about the parts but realized the rear wheels would not fit on my car, and I can't put the decals on since i don't have a real RS.

But that is a great idea and someone with a black RS who plans on keeping it should jump on this. How can you pass on a discount like that when the parts are brand new?

I am not completely clear on the wide body cars vs narrow body cars and offsets. Are these for the narrow body? 19"? I have an 08 Turbo, would I have to use spacers in the rear to make these work?

If these are off a GT3RS (appears that they are) then they are widebody fitment and will work on on a TT. I have a black set of GT3RS wheels on my TT - no problems.

When does the factory usually stop providing things like painted wheels as a spare part?

It seems they have an obligation to "factory correct" delivery of new cars (cars with minor damage during shipment or perhaps arriving with the wrong specifications or options?) Later on, for owners with curb rash or accident damage etc., I guess the factory could dictate that replacement wheels will arrive in a generic paint finish and "custom" paint will have to be blended by the repairer.

I guess it's just a matter of finding someone in the market needing a wheel and then it's "money no object" to get one in factory orange paint.

Carrera is right they wont ever be "that" rare. Its not like there were 100 RS's built worldwide.
Mark is making it awfully convenient though. If you buy a set later like Adam says they will be generic colors.

Sorry for the delayed response. I have had TWO firm deals and neither party has paid - geez.

I'm headed out the door to a race weekend, I will be in touch the first of the week and we can do a deal on the graphics. Wheel are still available as of today.

Regarding rarity... the years pass... try buying a set of sport seats for an early 911, or set of wide original Fuchs... $$$$$$ if you can even find them.

Wheels and one set of graphics are still available. Last chance before they go on eBay.

anybody with a black, silver or white car without orange could use this set as a great optional selling feature combo for a potential new owner/collector.............

Good luck Mark!!
