GT3 swapping to RS

GT3 swapping to RS
I'm curious to hear opinions from GT3 buyers and sellers.
I have a black 997 GT3, 1400 miles, no options and no mods. But.
I have a garage full of "stuff."
So.
Would "you" (buyer or seller) consider it a better proposition to put the car on the market as it is, unmodified, or would you rather put in some or all of the following:
RS factory carbon fibre shell seats
DAS roll bar
HANS belts
fire-ex
Champion wheels
slotted rotors
GT2 rear sway
Sharkwerks pipe
Sharkwerks tips
... and ... factory passenger seat air-bag disable switch and LATCH bracket.
I guess I could set this up as a poll.
Open to advice.

My $0.02 is that perfomance bits are GREAT for the buyer but not so much for the seller. I would keep the car stock if you are going to sell and keep the bits for the next one or part them out.
Cheers

Unless you find a buyer who is planning on buying the mods anyway, you'll probably make more on it parting out like others have said.
(I would at least want the seats and the sharkwerks exhaust/tips).
Where are you located? Aren't the factory CF shells going for like 10k over here in the states?
