congrats, ryan.

now you and i both can really mess up the next generation of trackers with slow in slow out..... we got to teach this new technique so we can stay ahead of more talented students.

And he lapped me at Summit Point this weekend on Sunday's last run of 30 minutes. I figured I would get that out there before Ryan brings it up at the track!
