I hv got the steel brakes. What I did before hitting the track were:
1.Changed the brake hose to braided ss line
2.Changed brake fluid, used ATE Blue...more than good enough IMO
3.Race pads, my fav being Performance Friction PFC-01
Worked well, zero fade..consistent pedal feel.

SRF is a caddilac
Motul 600 is a Tahoe
both very good the srf has higher temp ratings and is great... Motul is great for DE ands short races i have never boiled Motul
but never had a problem SRF its just worth the money
