That car rocks. I mean it really rocks. I want one for the road...
It seems like many people want, or think they want, cup cars for the road and have modified their 3s to reflect that. The RSR is too crazy for most to attempt to replicate themselves. However, I predict this will be the car in many peoples minds when upgrades are concerned. Maybe, not now, but wait 5 years when 7gt3s are cheaper on the used market and people want projects to liven the car up again. The body and suspension upgrades should bolt on, right?

On the weight issue...
First off, are fluids included in the 1170 Kg (2574 pound) weight?
Secondly, I know we all really want 2500 pound cars, but with the race cars being almost 2600 pounds, that ain't going to happen. Although... take Cup S... add AC, stereo, interior, air bags (is there anything else needed?)... seems like ~2800 should be possible.

2800 would be fine if we could increase bhp's up to 445-455...Porsche needs to start making their "hard-core" models more ummm HARDCORE! Lighter and lower making them more agile/nimble.

How did I miss this thread?
Holy hotness Batman, that car is pure sex on wheels. Can I just join HWFM Racing - and let's make it a team buy?
Thanks for posting. Awesome pictures...
