Unhappy

Thanks for posting . . . with 352 RSs delivered to date, it looks like we are over the original build projection of 319 (i.e., 229 plus 30 "pool" cars for 2007, and 60 for 2008).

I recently got a message from a dealer saying that "only 65 2008s are coming"

229+30VIP = 259 (MY 2007) + 65 (MY 2008) = 324

All the 2008s haven't been delivered yet. If December = November, with 16, that makes
352 to date + 16 more delivered in December = 368 total RS into the USA

That's 44 more that we had previously thought!

They should make another 65 for 2009.

I want one for MSRP!! There hasn't been one yet with the
model designation delete option. Or stereo delete.
Only a few opted to delete the 44 pounds A/C.
I want one, with PCCBs, and everything deleted.

It's not gonna happen. About 2 weeks ago, Holbert Porsche refunded my deposit.

speaking of Porsche sales I read in the WSJ that the CEO was paid 100 million dollars which cause problems and interestingly Porsche made more money investing in derivatives then they did selling cars.

Yup, the guy got paid 70MM Euros. And Porsche's profit from the currency "hedging" program was 3.5 billion (yes, Billion) Euros. Profit from selling cars was a mere ~ 1.5 billion Euros.
