Went for a drive with a few friends this past weekend. Thankfully one of them is actually good at taking photos. He also happens to be joining the Porsche club having just picked up a 997.1 GT3 this week!
After a nice amount of massaging the fabric, I managed to get these things to fit nice and straight. The only issue I am now seeing is the yellow line at one end, on each back piece, is stitched slightly off. Something I'm going to see if I can live with as it's pretty insignificant, but as we all know, nothing is insignificant with us enthusiasts. Flaws on are the seat insert thread.
I know this won't be everyone's cup of tea, but for the summer, I think it will be fun. Now to install the gold seat belts, which actually look yellow in person, and remove that roll bar for one in black.
