As you yourself mentioned, you're going to be jumping off an ever-increasing value slope on to an ever-decreasing value slope.

Keep the Speedster, a genuine classic, and get rid of the Vantage if you must!

btw, bragging rights notwithstanding, you might end up driving (and enjoying) a non-RS GT3 more than an RS...

For me, a former '58 Speedster owner (one of Charlie Earwood's cars/Zitzo motor), this isn't even a close question. I wouldn't hesitate to sell a non-Carrera Speedster for an RS, any RS.

I forgot about the CLS's. I had both versions
And i agree, the current Levinson stuff is pretty mediocre.
( BTW The 20.6 was the last of that series. I good pair of 33's are special)

Don't sell it!!!

You have plenty of "disposable" stuff there, sell the Cayenne, 997 or that Vantage but for heaven's sake, don't sell the speedster!

Side note - my 67S in my avatar was driven by Harro and Doug Zitza (Zitzo's) in the 1976 Daytona 24.

OK, I pulled the trigger, bought Porschemeister's black RS. Now sitting in a hotel room waiting for the wire transfer to go thru tomorrow and then will be at Thill Thursday.

Snow is forecast for Bend on Thursday so hopefully I can make home on dry roads Thur night & Friday morning. Not much tread on those tires!

Not sure about selling the Speedster...

PS - thanks Mooty for the referral!

Thursday is Hooked on Driving. They will have a race car grid and I will be testing my 67 911S race car - green #7. First and only track day prior to shipping it to Rennsport. A friend will have his 908 there as well - very cool car!

Mark.... is the 908 the one in Martini livery that Rich Walton was a/x testing several weeks ago?

If so, it'll be a terror at thill.

No, it's a coupe. Is the Martini car a 908/3? If so I saw a couple of them at Rennsport II - beautiful cars!!
