Excellent use of your car, Mooty. I cannot understand the thinking behind garage queens. I've owned my 996 RS daily driver for just over a year and put 16k km on it (10k miles).

no plan to sell yet.
lap time dropped EVERY outing so far. i am getting used to the car and tony at tcdesignfab.com continues to help me tweak the car off and on track side.

so far, yes, best car i have had.

10k is alot in such a short time, plus you had 7k+ on lotus if i recall correctly.

I've been hearing about you from our friend Paul G. Looks like you're just as addicted to your P-car as I am! I passed 10k miles a couple weeks ago and will probably have over 12k by the time I get back from my next road trip. I'll be at Santana Row with another Turbo in tow this coming Saturday. Nice. Trackmasters is at Infineon next Friday - another chance to feed the odometer - you guys in?
You might see my Cayman S there - if it gets out of the shop on time - turns out I have yet another power steering issue (2nd time in 2 months)

I might just be forced to trade up to a GT3...

i will be on track next friday either TH or SP not sure, weekend i am at TH with PCA GGR.

yes, i killed countless pwr str pump/rack/lines on my cayman s. then i ran out of patience and left the car on the street and walked to the dealer for the next car.
