I don't believe any race cars have drilled rotors although many use slotted for gas dispursement.
For some stupid reason (bling?) the 911 GT3 cups have drilled rotors with inadequate cooling. They last about 2-3 races before the cracks propogate to the edge and need to be tossed

Since it's a spec car, we can't use slotted rotors in most races.

i think those are also cayenne S rotors no?

Actually, they are also common with the Cayenne Turbo. I believe the "S" uses a smaller rotor.

if you are purely talking about diameter. 7GT3 front rotors = cayenne S front rotor diameter. cayenne turbo is bigger.

Cayenne: 330mm
Cayenne S: 350mm
CTT: 368mm

We provide machining and slotting services as well as our own 350 mm fronts which are coming in from Germany.

The Cayenne S and Toureg TDI have same size discs as the GT3.

They are heavier and non slotted/drilled which is not very good on the track especially for those who spend money on trying to vent the brakes with .2 upgrades etc....

I have been using Mooty's stash of 997.1 Protosport fronts with OEM 997.1 rears successfully.

Protos work and are affordable.
And you can change em' like a shirt as mentioned

Yes

A proper track rotor

If they made them for the rear that is what I would have there

Thanks Randy. I think is the right direction to go on the front. Backs, I run stock. Can't find anything else.
