I told my wife about it and they returned from the market with a "blood sausage". I can eat a lot of ethnic foods, asian, french, various african, morrocan of course, and on and on. But, I don't think I can handle the boudin noir. Please tell me they've got it wrong and it's something else.

There was a reason I used the French name!

It is indeed Blood Sausage. For a long time, I was turned off by the name until I went to that restaurant (Do they know about it?)! The taste really has no relation to the name and the expectation attached to it. Oh well. Please enjoy a fresh baguette for me!

Now a baguette I can handle! Regardless, they did buy some. If I can stomach it, I'll give you a report. Thus far, we eat her mother's cuisine...moroccan and french. Had some excellent moroccan escargot a couple of weeks ago. You may know this but it is make with a type of spicy broth rather than broiled and dipped in butter.

yes, that was/is my car....I had to talk my self out of the smoked black tail and indicator light...looks hot but a little too boy racer for my tastes....the rest of the package will go in next week wrt clubsport stuff....
