I'd like to put a list together of the dealers who sold the "Hot" cars at msrp. I am going to try and support these dealers in the future when things are not so hot.

 

How about a list of dealers and salespeople who kept their word from first contact to delivery? Now THAT would be something special and worthy of recognition.

In hindsight, I would have been glad to pay a little bonus for 100% transparency.

Tremendous experience from the order to delivery. The car was sold at MRSP, to a first time customer. Scott called or e-mailed almost weekly from the time I placed my order in late October to delivery in February. In fact the first pictures posted of the car were sent by him. I can not say enough good things about the experience or their honesty!!!!

Porsche Prestige in Montreal GT3 RS (2) at MSRP and a nice experience.

 

Princeton Porsche. Alex and Ed. Real standup guys. I was # 1 on the list for the RS. They got 1 allocation and called me promptly to come spec the car. At MSRP. The whole team there is service oriented and friendly.

I've bought 3 Porsches from them. And they do all the mods/track prep work for me. Highly recommend them without any reservation.

 

'07 GT3 at MSRP. Bruce Pinder at Hennessy in Atlanta. Very knowledgable, a car fanatic, has great connections (deposit in June, car in August), and the staff at Hennessy treated me perfectly when I picked up my car last Saturday. Everything was exactly as promised, in fact, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

 

07 GT3 at MSRP 05/07- Porsche of West Houston. Carlos is the SM and a stand-up guy. Got me my TT at MSRP 10/06 also.

 

Danbury Porsche. Chip Hall. 07 GT3. Small allocations there, but if you get in, it's a done deal!

Armando's Porsche dealership in Boardman/Canfield, Ohio. I bought my 07 977TT from them in July/August of 2006 for MSRP. Just ask for Armando. Nice guy! By the way, this guy can drive a car. Took me for a ride in a Boxster before I bought mine in 2001 and scared the living sh_t out of me!

When I had my CGT, he was begging me to allow him to drive it. I finally relented this Spring and then of all things he said for me to come with him! RU Kiddn? He took his son and they both came back all smiles. Armando said it might have been the greatest car he ever drove! Mags

 

Haven't almost all dealers sold new cars at MSRP to deposit holders? It's the used cars (however minimally) that most dealers have been selling at over MSRP...
