Icon,
Glad to see you have come full circle and changed your avatar back to Megan Fox. Please don't change it again.

Some of my favorite driving experiences include driving a convertible Mustang (ugh!) thru the road to Hana, and my GT3 (with sunroof open!) thru the Alps outside of Mont Blanc. If I could, I would have driven with my head out the sunroof like a dog!

BTW if Porsche really despised us, we won't have the cheapest purchase prices in the world
I'm surprised that you could hear or think of anything besides staying on the road on the way to Hana.

Icon when are you going to step up to "money-shots" for your avatars?

I won't comment on the "money shots", but at some point you have to be on the positive side of a least one argument.

It was far more challenging than any roadcourse I could have imagined. One hand on the wheel, one holding a camera, with my head swiveling between the awesome scenic views and the look of motion sickness in my newlywed wife's face. The bliss was complete with an awesome recirculating ball and snappy 160hp V-6/3spd auto combo at my command.

I remember motion sickness was a big factor for my daughters, especially on the way down. I admire your willingness to challenge the odds by taking pictures. It is one one of the most spectacular sights and well worth the effort.

Yes. We took a week long cruise to 4 islands and then spent a week at Kaanapali Beach. One of the few places we would think of going back for a second visit.

Maui is the closest to paradise I've seen. And the road to Hana is simply amazing. Went to a party at a private home there more than 30 years ago. Unforgettable. Would LOVE to drive there in the GT3!!!

There is only a very short section of unpaved road over there, which is well packed gravel. There isn't anything on the island that can't breeze thru it.
