Two colors can be powder-coated. They just have to mask twice.

However, there are some risks involved in powder-coating a non-forged wheel. You should look into this before taking the plunge.

I read the post on power coating wheels. I'm still not convinced about the lost of integrity. Arent the RS wheels power coated as is the XD9 and CRX option? Doesn't make financial sense that Porsche will apply a different method to PCing wheels rather than just the 'regular' method. The RS wheels and the GT3 wheels are the same right? Same vendor, same building technique?

I mean think about it...these wheels are right next to rotors that see more than 450 F and they get heat cycled everytime you head down to turn 1.
