I just saw the Cargraphic screens on a green RS. Looks right -- black plastic loosely matching the screens on the deck lid intakes.

Here's a closeup. Despite how they look in the pics, they look great in person. I'm sticking with them for now.

If you look closely at ANY race car there are things on there that look like Home depot mods.
I like em I might have to call austin. Mooty how much were they? Looks like cheap insurance to me. Problem is silver on silver or black on silver either way I dont think I can go wrong.

Good for you! I had mine powder-coated black, but I think that they will be a PIA when the black starts getting chipped up. I don't think you can go wrong using Porsche Motorsport parts as supplied by the factory. IMHO

Check out the Cargraphic grills. Black plastic, much the same design as the grills in the deck-lid. I'll find out the price next week. It's probably about $1.25 in plastic material, so from CG, probably $250 plus installation ...

I just received my cargraphic front screens. They look pretty good and install with the screen in a 'recessed' position to keep them a bit more obscure than the cup screens. Install requires silicone or glue, no rivets. Not sure if that is a benefit or not. I'll leave it up to the dealer to decide on the install when my car arrives next month.

I like the look of the screens and I hope they protect the cooling fins too. I just wish someone would design some that you could pop in and out to make cleaning easy for everyday street driving. I wonder if some industrial strength velcro would work and keep them in place?

You are looking at the 997 cup car front bumper cover which includes the screens, tow hook etc... Comes in white needs to be painted. Bob Brooks at DWR in Tampa, FL has them 813.874.1911.
