Just got the call from the dealer and my GT3 will arrive around noon on Saturday. But I am told I can not take it home until Monday as they need to do a bunch of checks on it and the mechanic wont be there all day tomorow. Is this normal or should I try and do something about it

 

What can you do about it? Patience, grasshopper

 

My RS got to the dealer a week ago. I won't be back in the coutry to pick it up until late AUG!!! Feel better?

 

they only have one guy that can complete this?

 

If it were the end of the month they would be begging you to come get it - Saturday or not.

 

Let them keep it for a few days. Build good rapport with your dealer...next time you'll be at the top of the list for hard to get cars. I let them keep mine in the showroom for a few days. Small sacrifice for MSRP.

 

Maybe you only want that one guy to work on your car!
