Default tire pressure for street vs as from dealer?

plate on door say 33R, 29F; stone cold as supplied 46R, 40F.
Not quite so skippy over mid corner bumps now.
Does my dealer know something the door plate doesn't?

IMO that's a mistake. Apparently the side walls on the MPSC's are stronger thus allowing less pressure. For street anyway, I've found that it doesn't hurt to put some extra air in them vs door plate(otherwise the edges seem to wear faster) but no way that much.
