Default Removing stickers from GT3 seat backs!

I couldn't find the recommendations on this after searching on a few forums.(but I know I read about it) They appear to be stickers but they won't peal easily with heat applied. I think someone had used a solvent of some sort. Any suggestions?

You don't need solvent (Goo Gone) to get the stickers off. Use a hair dryer and a credit card to remove the sticker. A heat gun can get too hot and might damage the seat back if your not careful. Keep the hair dryer moving back and forth over the sticker and use the credit card to scrape the sticker off. You can use the Goo Gone to wipe away any left over adhesive once the sticker is removed.

OK, thanks. I tried the hairdryer with my nails and only little fragments would come off. I thought there might me an easier solutions to loosen the whole thing. It looks like they made it to not peel off easily.

If you used my wife's hair dryer it would melt the seatbacks. Her curling iron dimms the whole neighborhood when she plugs it in. Thats the was it is currently (sorry bad EE joke)

I realize dealers over in the US must be worried about lawsuits, but here, my dealer actually prepared the car for me. Removed all the unwanted stickers and other stuff that may have been on it. I got to the showroom and my GT3 was waiting there, shiny, magnificent, ready to be driven out and enjoyed.

Jeez, here you look at someone the wrong way and they'll sue. Seriously a dealer here wouldn't think of removing this stuff as it could come back to bite them.

nothing to do with the dealer...US dot requires the warnings about sitting in the back where there are no seats anyway...hair dryer and old credit card will get er done...or you can just put in Euro GT3 seats

Yea, but good luck getting the dealer to agree to removing them for you.

I've used a single edge razor blade on my last four or five cars - worked fine, nary a mark on the seat backs.
