All RS owners........do you have rear speakers? I had speakers listed on the window sticker but no rear speakers installed.....I don't mind at all but was just wondering.

I guess they left them out to save weight and then installed 160lbs of seats.

 

No rear speakers in GT3's or GT3RS's. My "rear speakers" weren't working. So, we popped the covers and found they were not only non-functional, but invisible. After speaking to the regional Porsche rep, he said there are no rear speakers.

So, you are correct, it is called Porsche math. Subtract 8lbs for speakers, add 120lbs for seats. All adds up in the end, hahaha.

Yes, as part of the "sound package" option. Available on GT3 but not RS.

 

Rear speaker is the engine exhaust system !

Wouldn't be the first time that porsche.com was in error if this is inaccurate, but our friends in the frozen north are supposed to get the primo carbon fiber CGT-derived seats as standard..... weight of 22 pounds per seat...click on 'Seats' in this link> http://www.porsche.com/canada/models...etail/comfort/

at least there is some benefit to high $Cdn price... sorry guys if this is old news.
