Can anyone tell what tyres those are?

I don't think it is Dutch registration as was suggested by saying "it happened in Holland". All Dutch plates have compulsary EU blue band on the left side which would've been visible under the untidy pohotoshop work. It looks like a UK registration to me.

Kind of looks like the "lake" that forms at Lime Rock between the exit of Big Bend and the left hander (heading towards the outhouse).

The all yellow license plate like the 2001 series one below only exists in the UK AFAIK.
