Dealers can now charge over MSRP for new cars.
According to our local dealer, Porsche dealers just received the "OK" for dealers to now charge over MSRP for new cars. I think this sucks!

False. What dealer is this and where did they receive their information?
*as a side note, of course some dealers DO charge over MSRP, but they were not allowed to show Porsche. Besides, what is this dealers motivation to tell you this? And on what particular model?

Dealers are free to charge what ever they want..Market adjustment or discount.
PCNA may not like it but they can not do anything about it...or it would be Price Fixing
