I'm sure that's not Walter Rohrl - it looks a bit like Tim Schrick (

Cool. Wish I understood German. Also wish I had those car control skills/confidence: notice all the fixed objects (guardrails) and absence of safety gear (e.g., helmet).

BMW 2002s had 106 HP (at least in the US) - VW Beetles around 60 IIRC.
