415hp enough?

Yes it has more than enough.
Keep in mind all those cars you listed are much heavier. Also its not just about power its also about traction and how to put it down.
I'll bet you $1 that none of those cars can do lap times anywhere near a GT3.
HP is only part of the overall performance.

Do you think 415hp will outdated very soon?

If all want is fast and furious, then HP is primary. However if you track, it's only one (albeit and important one) piece.
997 GT-2 is a nice idea, but we'll see...

Not enough in my opinion. Worse given the extra weight.
C6 Z06, 600 Hp Viper, 500Hp Mustang, 500 Hp AMGs, 500 Hp BMWs, Nissan GTR, Lexus IS-F, E92 M3, Audi R8, SRT8...
The GT3 needs 450Hp and 2,800 lbs. This will make it a killer car. Hopefully, Manthey will be ready pretty soon.

Personally I think far too much emphasis is placed on horsepower and not enough on light weight.
I would much rather have a 2300 pound Porsche with 300 HP than a 3200 pound one with 415, both have the same weight to horsepower ratio.
Horsepower is the cheap way to acceleration, light weight is the expensive way to performance IMHO.

most ppl (inc me) heard and THINK we understand light wt is important. well, now i KNOW it is important. you have to actually drive a light wt car, 2000 lbs, 2500lbs or so...only then will you "get it".
EVERYTHING chanes. not just hp/wt ratio. your braking marker changes, grip changes, warm up time changes, consumable changes.

An acquaintance of mine won a big bore historic racing event against 427 Corvettes, GT 350s etc with 209 flywheel HP in his 2000 pound '72 911 on a tight track....
It is so much more fun to drive a car like that than a 3000 pound car with 300. Top speed does suffer in the low powered car because of the wind resistance factors, but in the tight track case above the advantage was the other way.

Another important factor in the performance formula is the driver and not all of us are born to be a pro driver , some of us need instructions at the begining.

my opinion that very few ...no offense to anyone here will ever see the true performance of the gt3 with 415 hp... the car takes a long time to learn takes a long time to learn to drive it smoothly..
when all that is done you still need the gohonjas to push all the way... so i am sure the power to weigt ratio is pretty good
