Has anybody ever replaced them? I have studied the subject ad naseum but dont recall if anyone had
replaced their PCCBs with PCCBs. and if you do what does Porsche give you? Gen II? or the same old questionable GenI?

If rotor size is the same, why would you not replace them with the Gen II, assuming you are replacing them with PCCB's.
And before you'd spend $3500 per front and $5200 per rear rotor, plus calipers, you'd really, really want to consider top shelf race brakes with two-piece rotors etc. for less dollars.
