I picked up rocker arm studs from a 427 chevy and used these as the bolts. The advantage is that you can have the bar bolted into the car body, but separately take the lower attachment of the seat belt on and off. If you're interested, I have a few bolts left (eight cylinder engine block - I only used 2 of the bolts). I'll post pics if you guys are interested.
