i ordered meteor gray with black wheels

 

altas gray is more black compared to meteor gray.
there is a meteor gray GT3 at stead porsche. if you are serious in understanding the color, go see it in person. it's in the back lot near service dept.

That's the look I envisaged.
Most of the other pics I've seen have a lighter shade.

 

in person under natual light, it is a lot lighter than that pix.

 

The meteor (as I remember it) seems to me to have a lot of green in it.

Atlas is (imo) a very popular color.

There's no green in Meteor, but it does pick up ambient colours, so the tone will vary with different lighting conditions.

It's not the most flattering or photogenic colour for a GT3. It's more of a 'stealth' colour for those who don't want to make too much of a statement. Classy but subtle.

 

Both are excellent colors. Would be my choice after white.
