you get more leather and more alcantara door panels is one place i know of

As stated above, but you can get the leather steeting wheel as a no-cost option, if that is what you are after.

I ordered my RS with option 28 not really knowing what it is...dealer could not expalin it to me as well. I read thru the standard inerior specs and option 28 and really can't find a difference.

Icon you know what it entails?

Option 28 appears to be just the sport seats in leather while the interior remains the standard, non-leather version. It should be the standard/default GT3 interior.
