Interesting the address for Superior Motorcars is a 1250 sq ft condo..
Think he is just a service listing it for the owner for some dough
so no resale non-taxable vehicle buying in cali.?
what about transfers b/t p-dealers?
how the heck did you find out the address was a 1250sqft condo?

Looks like the tool just lowered his minimum bid by 10k. Makes me doubt he really got an offer for 20k over yesterday.

BTW if anyone is interested, I'll let mine go for 100k over (free delivery anywhere in the US)

PM to me from "richk":

For the record Beverly Hills Porsche called and offered the car to me. I am a long time Porsche owner and currently have a highly modified 04 turbo. I did not haggle over the price and I originally bought the car with the intention of keeping it. I drove the car for 2 hours Friday afternoon and decided it wasn't for me.

I paid 5K over plus I had to lease the car at a very high money factor. Also, they would not let me drive the car before i bought it. My intention is not to offend any Porsche owners as I am truly an enthusiast myself. I will say BH Porsche was pretty pissed off this morning and insisted I take the car off E Bay.

Anyway, hopefully no harm no foul and if there is a local enthusiast interested in the car i would be happy to talk to them.

if they are pissed maybe they should give this guy his money back and the 5k they gouged him for, comparing apples to oranges I seem to recall that when the Mitsubishi evo first came out they had a list on their message board of "good" dealers who sold at MSRP and "bad" dealers who added a markup, perhaps we should do the same

I don't get why they would be pissed. He bought it & can do with it what he wants to. Do they have a monopoly on gouging people?

What's the saying..."there's a sucker born every minute"?? I'm sure he'll find one to sell it to.
