Moderator: Can we start a new Forum just for the 997 GT3, GT3 RS, and GT2?

Just my $.10 this whole two forum thingy sucks! I like it better when it was one GT2 & GT3 forum. Maybe you could add 996 and 997 as "Post Icons" options for the subject line.

Separate is better. People who want to check out info on the 997s should be able to do so easily. Same for people who want to trade info on their 996s. While the cars may have similarities, the nature of the questions is different.

Many of the "people" you are refering to are "people" who already have 996 GT3's and will be adding a 997 GT3 variant, or replacing their 996 GT3 with the 997 version. Why should we have to toggle between two different forums when our cars are so closely related?

I'm new to this forum and ever since the split it's been a pain checking both forums for information. It was much easier, for me at least, to just check the original forum for 997 GT3 related posts... now I have to check both and many of the posts are repetitive (e.g. sunroof).
