Funny I share a similar story I totaled my 997.1 GT3 at Sebring in February, I just picked up another. Considered other cars anything from a 550 Maranello to a 930. Just kept on gravitating back to the 997.1 GT3. Enjoy in good health may this one stay in the family for a long time.
As some on here know, i totaled my 997 GT3 last month. Fortunately everyone was okay, which was the most important thing by far, but I was beyond devastated as that was my dream car. I seriously considered at least ten different types of cars of all kinds as its replacement, but ultimately came back to the fact that for me no car compares to these 997 GT3s. It evokes emotions and feelings that I just haven’t experienced in any other car. So after being GT3-less for around six weeks, I’m super thrilled to be back in one.
