I’d appreciate some opinions on my recent transmission oil change.
My RS has 14.3k miles and as far as I can tell on the original transmission oil. I noticed when cold ish it doesn’t like to shift quickly into 3rd gear and doesn’t grind but also tells you that it’s not happy.
I changed the oil today and was surprised at how much sludge was in there. The car was tracked before so I suspect has been driven hard. Anyone have similar experience?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. All super fine? Do yourself a favor and swap the plug for an easier service next time.
