Patched tire gives out. What would you do?

Update, those Huf sensors arrived early. Great deal and the black stems only cost $10 for all four. Everywhere else I looked they wanted $10 for each stem.

Trying to head out and get the new tires installed today. We'll see......

I always replace L and R at the time of issue.

Yeah doing right and left rears tomorrow. Was going to do it today but had to lift the car, remove the wheels, remove the weights, remove the adhesive tape and polish the wheel barrels. Then had to take my son to the DMV.
